RetailNOW brings the retail IT channel to Las Vegas again this year, and Orders.co will have a booth on the floor. If you’re a POS dealer, a VAR, or you consult with multi-location restaurant groups, that’s who we built this for.
Arsen Stepanyan, our co-founder and CEO, and Harry Ayvazyan will both be at the booth for live demos and one-on-one conversations about what your restaurant clients are dealing with and where we can help.
What to Expect at the Orders.co Booth
At our booth, expect:
- Live walkthroughs of our latest product updates
- A direct conversation about channel partner economics — what recurring revenue actually looks like for dealers who add Orders.co to their lineup
- Time with the people who built the platform
We’d rather spend fifteen minutes understanding your client base than talk to you for an hour.
The People You’ll Meet
Arsen Stepanyan
Arsen co-founded Orders.co on a simple idea: restaurants shouldn’t have to run an IT department just to take an online order. At the booth, he’ll talk through how VARs can bring that same simplicity to their own clients — technology that works quietly in the background instead of one more system for owners to manage.
Harry Ayvazyan
Harry is our Business Development Manager, and he’s the one who spends the most time talking through what a partnership actually looks like — revenue share, white-label setup, and onboarding once a merchant signs on. If you want to talk numbers before you talk product, he’s who to find at the booth.
The Problem We Built Orders.co to Solve
Most independent restaurants we talk to are running several systems that don’t talk to each other: a tablet for DoorDash, a tablet for Uber Eats, a tablet for Grubhub, a separate menu tool, and a POS that has no idea any of it happened until someone types it in by hand.
How Orders.co Consolidates Delivery Orders
We pull orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub into a single dashboard and send them straight to the POS. That means fewer missed orders, fewer keying mistakes, and less staff time spent babysitting tablets during a dinner rush.
Orders.co vs. Legacy Restaurant Software
Older restaurant software tends to live on-premise, keep its data to itself, and make integrations someone else’s problem. Orders.co is cloud-based with an open API, so the POS, kitchen display, and inventory tools can actually share information instead of operating as separate islands.
How We Work With Retail Partners
We don’t do this alone. Our channel program runs on revenue share, with a white-label or co-branded option so you can offer Orders.co under your own name if that fits your business.
Partners tell us a few things matter most:
- Centralized menu management — update an item once, and it syncs everywhere.
- Cleaner reporting — one view of which items and channels are actually performing.
- Less manual order entry — orders land in the POS without someone retyping them.
As a restaurant grows from one location to five or fifty, the goal is for the tech stack to grow with it rather than become what holds it back.
Where We See This Going
Independent restaurants are trying to offer the same kind of seamless experience — app, kiosk, delivery — that national chains have whole teams building. We’re working on connecting ordering more directly to inventory and procurement, so when an item sells out online, it comes off the menu automatically instead of a manager finding out from an angry customer.
See You in Las Vegas
Stop by the booth, grab a coffee, and let’s talk through what your restaurant clients actually need.
RetailNOW is RSPA’s annual conference for point-of-sale dealers, VARs, and retail technology providers, held in Las Vegas. Orders.co will have a booth on the exhibition floor, meeting with resellers and consultants who serve restaurant clients.
Arsen Stepanyan is the co-founder and CEO of Orders.co. Harry Ayvazyan leads much of the platform’s technical development. Both will be on-site at RetailNOW 2026 for live demos and one-on-one conversations with retail channel partners.
Orders.co is a restaurant technology platform that brings online ordering, third-party delivery apps, POS, menu management, and reporting together in one system for independent and multi-location restaurants.
Orders.co partners with POS dealers and VARs through a revenue-sharing channel program, with a white-label or co-branded option so partners can offer the platform to their own restaurant clients under their own brand.
Order consolidation pulls incoming orders from apps like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub into a single dashboard and sends them directly to the POS. This cuts down on missed orders, manual entry errors, and the staff time spent managing multiple delivery tablets during service.
Legacy restaurant software is typically on-premise and closed off, which makes third-party integrations difficult. Orders.co is cloud-based with an open API, allowing the POS, kitchen display system, and inventory tools to share data directly..
